This has been a year full of new challenges, and the latest is trying to figure out what my first blog post will be.
I've been lucky over the past ten years in my work as a therapist to have worked with many people who have far greater challenges than blogging. And in the course of my day-to-day business, I still see former clients who run the gamut of having made some really great positive and significant changes to those who still are trying, and those who are on the verge of losing hope that they can achieve the goals they have set for themselves. The truth is, almost any change anyone tries to make in their life, even changes for the better, can make you uncomfortable and question why you are even bothering.
So over the last 10 months, it has been extraordinarily refreshing to meet so many other small business owners who take and make changes on the fly with grace and aplomb.
It has always been a goal of mine to join the small business community, and now that I have, it is good to be here!
